We listen, act, and transform
I am a trauma specialist who can help you recover from childhood trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, depression, and anxiety using talk therapy or EMDR therapy. My clients have often had challenging childhoods, and may currently navigating relationship breakup, divorce, family conflict, or abuses within a faith community.
I provide telehealth to clients across NJ and in-person sessions in our office in Paramus, NJ. I work Monday through Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments. I can offer sessions in English or Korean.
